Larger applications are handled with both heat pump production and delivering, and delivering the measurement and regulation systems, including the project documentation. Specific technical design is always projected individually according to the client’s requirements.

The heat pumps are being monitored 24 hours a day by our central dispatching. In case of a malfunction or non-standard condition, our technician as well as our client’s technical staff is alerted by means of SMS message or e-mail. They can connect to the heat pump from any place in the world using the web interface and look at its parameters to find possible cause of the malfunction or non-standard condition. New-generation MACH heat pumps incorporate a perfect set of sensors and indicators allowing remote diagnosis of non-standard conditions’ causes. A technician setting off to the malfunction site already knows the cause of the malfunction, ensuring it will be cleared in very short time.
